ALLI will be unavailable July 31-August 2, 2017 when we switch to our new processing system. As of August 3, 2017 the new number for our 24/7 teller (ALLI) will be 800-285-2892. To access your account information via ALLI as of August 3, you will need to use your account number with the last for digits of your Social Security Number as your PIN. After you log into the new ALLI system for the first time, you will need to change your PIN number.
- Our 24/7 teller, ALLI, is a telephone inquiry and transaction service provided by NEW ALLIANCE FCU that gives you instant control of your accounts. All you need is a TOUCH-TONE phone, a special Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your account number.
- The service is free, convenient, and confidential.
- Use "ALLI" any day, anytime, anywhere.
- Keeping in touch with your money is an easy as picking up your telephone and calling.The number for ALLI is (724) 266-4043. Please note: You must complete, sign, and submit an "ALLI" Telephone Teller Application before you can use this service.
- By calling ALLI you will know exactly when direct deposit or payroll deposits are made.
- This service is convenient and confidential. With ALLI, you have access to your account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Use ALLI any day at any time.
- Once you have entered your account number and PIN you can key ahead. You do not need to listen to the entire menu messages once you have learned the menu tree. For example, if you want to get your share balance you would enter the following sequence. Dial (724) 266-4043, press1 for member menu, enter account number, enter PIN, then enter 1 (Inquiry Transaction Menu), 1 (Savings Menu), and 1 for savings balance.
